The library provides a service to borrow documents unavailable in its collection from other libraries through an Inter-Library Loan system based on inter-institute cooperation. For this, the Library has obtained membership from the Development Library Network (DELNET) and IIM Consortium.

• Eligibility: This service is specifically available to IIM Bodh Gaya library members and is intended for academic and research purposes only.
• Request Procedure : Library members must submit a formal request via email, providing detailed bibliographic information of the documents they wish to borrow. Requests should be sent to the library's official email address: library@iimbg.ac.in
• Information Required: The email request must include complete bibliographic details, such as the title, author, publication year, and any other relevant information needed to identify the required documents accurately.
