The IIM Bodh Gaya Library, a vital resource centre supporting academic and research excellence, offers External Membership to individuals and institutions beyond the IIM Bodh Gaya community. This initiative aims to extend the benefits of the library’s rich collection and services to scholars, researchers, professionals, and organizations who seek access to high-quality academic resources.
Membership is available to IIMBG alumni, Ph.D. students from other institutions, working professionals, faculty from other academic institutions, and institutional members (academic, government, non-profit, and corporate organizations). Membership is categorized into i. Borrowing Membership, ii. Reading-Only Membership, and iii. Short-Term Membership with specific privileges, fees, and conditions.
Through External Membership, IIM Bodh Gaya Library contributes to knowledge dissemination beyond its campus, supporting a broader community of learners and researchers in the pursuit of academic and professional growth.
Membership Categories and Fees
1. Borrowing Membership
Borrowing membership allows members to borrow books for a specified period, subject to a refundable security deposit and annual fees. The membership is available to individuals and institutions.

2. Reading-Only Membership
